“Power is not will, it is the phenomenon of physically making things happen.”
PEOPLE - an integral part of almost everything this world has to offer, whether we like it or not.... In this book, the author particularly talks about the co-relation between people and the industry/organisation along with the various things that affects this relation (in a positive as well as in a negative way).
Author categorized people into 4 categories based on their knowledge and skillset and all the people in world must belong to one of them, the book basically focuses on how the success of an individual affects the whole organisation and how to achieve that success (SLOGGER to CREATOR). For beginners we can say how to create an impact on the org* as well as people around you.
The way author had conveyed the Knowledge - experience matrix so effortlessly is worth applauding and it's a very important concept that a worker or a freshman in the area must understand, the book also uses a lot of diagrams, tables and graphs which helps us to get a clearer picture of the particular field.
It's a non fictional self help read that must have required a buttload of research and experience to write this book, I could tell just by reading it. The language is lucid and I found it'll be very helpful to the corporate workers, entrepreneurs as well as the managers or even someone who's on way to choose a career.

If you are feeling disappointed, lack of confidence, lack of freshness! Although everyone is stuck in boundaries of lockdown. But I bet you this book can give you a refreshing virtue for life.
This book is like a tutor for all the freshers who are entering into the corporate life. This book depicts the importance of the employee and the organisation. How the development of the employee help the organisation! How they both work inter-dependently!
The author have shared his experience of life what he have seen and experienced during his working hours. I have quote one line of this book "Everyone in this world lives inside a box" have grabbed my attention.

Sometimes, a book doesn’t just stay a book — it becomes a perspective.
Peoplenomics helped me understand how knowledge and experience shape not just careers, but entire organizations.
